What happens when the artist @TheSktchMonkey decides to mix the 2004-2006 Pontiac GTO with a front bumper from a 6th generation Chevy Camaro,
with new Acura Intergra headlights
and Dodge charger hood and wheels.
Sounds a little blasphemous to me. But we guess you have to start somewhere when rendering a "redesign".

We give props to @TheSktchMonkey for doing this and we can only fathom on being this talented. However we think the artist never saw the god forsaken years of the Kombat Body Kits and we think this render looks even more like a Chevy Cavalier with a bad body kit during the early 2000's rather then a revamped GTO.
Then again the 2004-2006 Pontiac GTO looked like a Cavalier, so we think nothing could have revamped or revived the original design of the GTO in the first place. lol!
We say keep it as is, lower it, slap some better wheels on it and let the the GTO name Rest In Peace!
